Received my new Icom V80e handheld VHF from Aliexpress, excellent value at $80 delivered. It is the Japanese made 5 watt device available elsewhere for around $150.

The only drawbacks with the Aliexpress version is you need to program your own channels and frequencies and it comes with a non Australian AC plug, but have plenty of those.
