Dawn breaking over Fraser Island as we leave Kingfisher Bay at 6am for a brisk 50 mile sail to Bundaberg.  The latest cyclone report has us in good shape as Nathan exits stage right but we feel for the residents of Vanuatu who look like they will get hammered by both Cyclone Pam at Category 5 and Nathan at Cat 3 several days later.

We received an email from Bundy resident John Wood, said he was tracking our AIS transponder and wanted to know our eta to take photos. His great pic of us entering the Burnett River is below. We are off to get fish and chips for dinner tonite from the Bundy marina takeaway.
