Port Fairy. Day 156

Went into town and had a shower at the shire building. Stopped by the French bread shop for some breakfast before departing Portland just after 9am. We have a good SW breeze for the short 30nm sail to Port Fairy.

Arrived in beautiful Port Fairy at 2.30pm and tied up to the wharf we had been allocated.  A seal was enjoying himself nearby chasing fish under the wharf and seemingly came over to say hello.

Shark, who lives nearby at Hamilton came by with his cousin Geoff, or tiger as we called him when he spent 3 months staying with us in Hobart when prof and me were at uni. I hadn’t seen tiger for nearly 40 years.
