Day 104.  Weather bound in Muskegon

From the forecasts we were anticipating that we weren’t going anywhere today but tomorrow looks hopeful as does Saturday. What was interesting was the intensity of the predicted storm overnight. Lighning put on a light show and there were some serious puffs of wind.

We are very happy with our location here at the Great Lakes Marina. Just outside the marina gates is Max and Marley’s Doghouse, with over 20 types of hot dogs on the menu. Across the road the Marine Tap Bar has the cheapest draft beer we have found on the trip so far. Subway is only 6 minutes away down Lakeshore Drive. Being stuck here is no hardship. Love this country!
